2. Scope, definitions and conditions for entering into a contract
2.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Workshop subscription available on the Website and, together with any individual terms agreed in advance, to personal training and online coaching. A consumer is a natural person acting outside their trade, profession or business.
2.2. The Website’s subscription interface is available for purchases for personal use by private individuals aged 18 or over who have legal capacity and a billing address in Hungary. Orders in the name of a business cannot be placed through this interface.
2.3. The contract may be concluded in Hungarian or the English language selected at purchase. The confirmation preserves the accepted language version. The contract is concluded electronically and does not constitute a contract made in writing. The Service Provider retains the order and confirmation details; a copy may be requested after identity verification. The Service Provider does not subscribe to a separate code of conduct.
2.4. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, available before placing the order, is mandatory. Reading the Privacy Notice does not constitute general consent to data processing or marketing.
3. What does Workshop membership include?
3.1. The Workshop is an ongoing digital service providing access to the training programmes, instructional videos, exercise video library, nutrition and lifestyle materials advertised as part of the subscription, and related tools available in the Workshop. The Website presents the current content and package description before purchase.
3.2. The monthly and annual plans provide the same access to Workshop content; their billing periods and prices differ. Successful payment verified by the payment provider automatically grants Workshop member access, including internal pages, subpages and membership videos. A verified trial activation grants Workshop access without payment until the trial ends. Registration alone does not confer membership. Access may separately be granted by individual agreement.
3.3. Paid membership is activated when verified payment is processed; trial membership is activated when verified trial initiation is processed. If a card has been charged but access does not appear, contact customer service with the transaction identifier or purchase time. Do not subscribe again for this reason.
3.4. The subscription is personal and non-transferable and does not confer ownership of the content. During the access period, the user may use the content for personal purposes; downloading is permitted only where the Website expressly provides that option. Access is not granted indefinitely.
3.5. Use requires an internet connection, an up-to-date browser, JavaScript, the cookies needed to log in, and a device capable of playing videos. Purchasing separate paid software is not required. Videos may be provided through an external player. Access is protected by account-based authorisation checks. Users bear their own internet and data charges.
3.6. The subscription does not automatically include a personalised training plan, individual consultation or personal training; these require a separate agreement. No particular sporting, body-weight or health outcome can be guaranteed.
4. Registration and the ordering process
4.1. On the registration and subscription page , the user enters their account and billing details, selects the monthly or annual package, reads and accepts the terms, and enters their payment details. Fields can be corrected before submission. Corrections to details already submitted can be requested through customer service; where necessary, an invoice already issued will be corrected by a proper amendment document.
4.2. Pressing “Subscribe and pay”, or “Start trial – with payment obligation afterwards” for a trial, places an order with a payment obligation. The trial costs HUF 0 now; the first fee falls due at the end of the 168-hour trial unless renewal is cancelled beforehand. The bank may require additional authentication. An account creation email alone does not confirm successful payment or paid membership activation.
4.3. Receipt of the order is confirmed electronically. If confirmation does not arrive within the time reasonably expected, and in any event within 48 hours, the user is released from their offer or contractual obligation. The service contract is concluded when the verified card-backed trial is activated, or, for purchase without a trial, when verified payment and access are activated. The fee following the trial, charge timing and recurrence form part of the order. The accepted terms version and contract details are confirmed in a durable email that can be saved.
4.4. Users must provide accurate details and an accessible email address. They must keep their password confidential and report suspected unauthorised access without delay. Sharing a membership account is not permitted.
5. Prices, automatic renewal and invoicing
- Monthly Workshop membership: HUF 12 990 for each monthly subscription period.
- Annual Workshop membership: HUF 119 990 for each annual subscription period, payable in one sum. This is not a monthly instalment plan.
5.1. Prices are final amounts payable in Hungarian forints; the Service Provider is exempt from VAT under the Hungarian small-business exemption (AAM). There is no separate joining, activation or cancellation fee for membership.
5.2. The subscription has an indefinite term with monthly or annual billing periods. Eligible new customers may start with a single 168-hour free trial, priced at zero. A paid period requires verified payment. The recorded paid period and expiry are available in My account. Charges fall due on the monthly or annual renewal date according to the payment provider’s calendar-based billing; where the same calendar day does not exist, the last day of the month applies.
5.3. By subscribing, the user authorises recurring Stripe charges for the selected package until renewal is cancelled. Stripe handles the card used for recurring payments. The Service Provider does not store the full card number or card security code. Payment methods can be managed through the Stripe interface accessible from My Account.
5.4. Every confirmed, successful membership payment, including each successful renewal, automatically initiates invoicing. The electronic invoice issued in TACITo is sent to the billing email address provided. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user accepts electronic invoicing. A Stripe payment receipt does not replace the Service Provider’s invoice. The Service Provider handles the required reporting to the Hungarian National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV).
5.5. Processing may be retried in the event of a temporary invoicing or delivery error. This is not a new purchase or a new card charge. An invoicing error does not terminate access that has demonstrably been paid for. Missing or incorrect invoices can be reported to customer service.
6. Failed payments, refunds and disputed charges
6.1. A declined, incomplete or authentication-pending initial payment does not confer paid Workshop access. A separately activated free trial grants access until cancellation, at most until its original end. Access can be activated after successful bank authentication and payment verification are processed.
6.2. Failed renewal does not extend membership. Access remains until the end of the previously paid period, then ends without another verified payment. Retries follow the process of at most seven days in section 14.6. Having an account or updating a payment method is not proof of payment.
6.3. In the event of an approved full refund or reversal of a payment, the refunded period concerned no longer provides paid access. A partial refund does not in itself cancel the entire paid period; access is governed by the basis for the refund and the agreed settlement.
6.4. In the event of a bank payment dispute, the access concerned may be restricted until the situation is clarified. The user may request human review and provide proof of payment. This does not limit their right to pursue remedies through their bank; access rights are adjusted in accordance with the confirmed final outcome.
7. Cancelling the next renewal
7.1. Users can cancel the next renewal at any time on the My Account page. Cancellation must take place before the next charge is initiated. The subscription status and the end of access can be checked in the interface.
7.2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly or annual period. The Workshop remains available until then, after which no further period is charged under the cancelled subscription. If a charge already initiated coincides with cancellation, customer service will assess the matter based on the actual timings.
7.3. Ordinary cancellation does not in itself result in a pro-rata refund for a period already started. This does not affect withdrawal/termination rights under section 8, rights arising from a lack of conformity, or refund rights under other mandatory laws.
7.4. If the account is unavailable, cancellation can also be sent to info@domafactory.hu , providing the membership email address and the information needed for identification. The cancellation time is determined by receipt of the notice; confirmation of its processing will be provided.
7.5. Deleting an account and ending a subscription are separate actions. If account deletion is requested, any subscription still active will also be addressed; deletion does not affect the retention of mandatory invoicing and legal records.
8. Consumer withdrawal and termination
8.1. A new service contract carries a 14-day consumer withdrawal right. For the first contract, the day the trial is activated is the contract date. The trial and withdrawal period run concurrently; the first charge alone does not start another 14 days. A monthly-to-annual upgrade creates a new annual contract and a new deadline. Unchanged automatic renewal or resuming a cancelled renewal does not create a new contract.
8.2. The deadline is calculated in calendar days under the statutory rules, excluding the contract date. My account and the confirmation show the final day and its end in Hungarian time. If legislation grants a longer period, for example because information was incomplete, that right remains available even if the automated interface shows a different deadline.
8.3. Immediate performance is requested separately through a checkbox that is not preselected. When performance has begun, we account for paid service supplied before termination proportionately: the actual paid period price and the ratio of paid service seconds to the whole period, rounded to whole forints. The trial costs zero. If the required prior information and express request cannot be proved, no such amount is retained. Stripe fees and handling fees are not deducted.
8.4. You may submit a notice from the Withdraw from contract function in your account with a separate confirmation. Receipt is confirmed immediately by email; the button is labelled “Confirm withdrawal”. A notice can also be sent to info@domafactory.hu or by post. Neither the template nor the online interface is compulsory. A clear notice sent before the deadline is sufficient; its original time is preserved. Provide your name, membership email and the contract concerned for identification.
8.5. We close the contract and access ends. Any amount due back is refunded without undue delay, no later than 14 days after we learn of the notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise; this must not impose an additional charge on you. Terminating an annual contract does not reactivate an earlier monthly contract.
8.6. Lawful exercise of consumer rights does not itself create a return restriction. A previously used trial is not repeated. After the 14-day period, we do not offer a general voluntary right to immediate termination with refund; mandatory rights, non-conformity remedies and the specific community-exclusion settlement below remain available. Completing a survey is never a condition of handling a request.
9. Individual training, coaching and safe use
9.1. The content, date, location, duration, price and contact arrangements for separately ordered personal training and coaching are set out in the individual offer and confirmation. The Workshop subscription price includes these only where expressly agreed separately.
9.2. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, a change or cancellation of an individually booked appointment may be requested at least 24 hours beforehand. Financial consequences of later cancellation or non-attendance may be enforced only under an individual term disclosed and accepted before booking. This rule does not override mandatory consumer rights and does not apply to cancellation of Workshop renewal.
9.3. Training programmes and general nutrition materials do not replace medical examinations, diagnosis, treatment or individual dietetic care. In the case of a known illness, injury, pregnancy or uncertain exercise capacity, an appropriate professional must be consulted before starting exercise. Stop exercising if you experience pain, feel unwell or develop unusual symptoms.
9.4. Users choose loads appropriate to their abilities and safe equipment, and follow the guidance. This does not exclude the Service Provider’s statutory liability. Medical records are not requested on the membership payment form.
10. Lack of conformity and changes to content
10.1. The digital service must comply with the contract and mandatory legal requirements throughout the contractual period. We provide updates necessary for conformity and security, and inform users of any steps requiring their involvement.
10.2. In the event of a defect, the consumer may primarily request that the service be brought into conformity free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. They may request a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract, in particular if restoration is impossible or disproportionate, is not carried out properly, the defect recurs or is sufficiently serious, or it is clear that the service will not be properly restored. A contract involving payment cannot be terminated for a minor defect; the Service Provider must prove that the defect is minor.
10.3. For an ongoing service, the Service Provider bears the burden of proving that the service affected by the defect was in conformity during the period concerned. Defects should be reported as soon as possible; notification within two months of discovery is regarded as being made without delay. As a general rule, consumer claims under the statutory warranty for defects are subject to a two-year limitation period; the special provisions applicable to ongoing digital services also apply.
10.4. To investigate a defect, the consumer cooperates with the necessary technical checks involving the least intrusion. We do not ask for a password or full card details for this purpose. For amounts refundable due to a defect, we apply the statutory refund deadline of no more than 14 days.
10.5. We may update content for professional, security, legal or technical reasons. A change beyond what is needed to maintain conformity must have a valid reason specified in the contract and must not impose additional costs on the consumer. We give advance notice on a durable medium of changes that adversely affect access or use to more than a minor extent. In the circumstances specified in section 27 of Government Decree 373/2021. (VI. 30.), the consumer may terminate the contract free of charge within 30 days of notification or the change, whichever is later.
11. Copyright, availability and liability
11.1. Videos, texts, images and programmes may be protected by copyright. Unauthorised redistribution, public publication, commercial exploitation, bulk downloading and circumvention of access controls are prohibited. This does not restrict uses permitted by law or saving mandatory consumer information.
11.2. The Service Provider endeavours to maintain continuous availability and, where possible, gives advance notice of maintenance and known significant outages. It arranges restoration in the event of temporary faults. An external provider’s fault does not automatically exclude the consumer’s rights to contractual performance.
11.3. In the event of a serious or repeated breach of contract, unauthorised account sharing or a security risk, access may be restricted to the extent necessary. The user is informed of the reason and, where circumstances permit, given an opportunity to remedy the issue. Human review of the restriction may be requested. If the Service Provider ends the service early for a reason other than the user’s breach of contract, the price of the prepaid, unperformed period will be settled.
11.4. Liability is governed by mandatory law. These Terms and Conditions neither exclude nor limit liability for intentional breach of contract or for a breach causing harm to human life, physical integrity or health, and do not diminish mandatory consumer rights.
12. Complaints handling and remedies
12.1. Complaints can be made using the Service Provider’s email address, telephone number or postal address in section 1. Oral complaints are investigated immediately and remedied where necessary; if this is not possible or the consumer disagrees, a record is drawn up as required by law. Written complaints receive a substantive, reasoned written response within 30 days. If a complaint is rejected, we provide the details of the authority and conciliation board available to the consumer.
12.2. After directly attempting to settle the dispute, the consumer may initiate proceedings before the conciliation board competent for their place of residence or stay. Contact details of the boards: bekeltetes.hu. The Service Provider is required to cooperate in the proceedings.
Board for the Service Provider’s registered office: Budapest Conciliation Board. Address: 1016 Budapest, Krisztina körút 99. Postal address: 1253 Budapest, Pf. 10. Telephone: +36 1 488 2131. Email: bekelteto.testulet@bkik.hu. Website: bekeltet.bkik.hu.
12.3. For consumer protection matters, the competent metropolitan or county government office may be contacted; information and contact details: kormanyhivatalok.hu and nkfh.gov.hu. Contractual claims may also be pursued in court. These Terms and Conditions do not restrict the consumer’s statutory options regarding jurisdiction.
13. Amendments and final provisions
13.1. This version applies to newly accepted contracts from 18 October 2026. Existing contracts remain governed by their accepted terms and mandatory law. An ongoing trial may adopt the new cancellation rule through separate, optional and express acceptance, without changing its expiry or price. Trials already cancelled before introduction retain access until their originally promised expiry. Publication alone does not retrospectively amend an existing contract.
13.2. Subscribers affected by changes required for legal, security or technical reasons will be informed. A material adverse amendment to the contract may be made only on the basis of law or an agreement between the parties. Price increases are notified at least 30 days in advance and applied to the subscription concerned only with an appropriate contractual legal basis, no earlier than the renewal following the notice period; the user may cancel renewal before then.
13.3. Applicable legislation includes, in particular, Act V of 2013 (Civil Code), Act CVIII of 2001, Act CLV of 1997, Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) and Government Decree 373/2021. (VI. 30.). The invalidity of one provision does not invalidate the remaining provisions.
13.4. The processing of your personal data is explained in the separate Privacy Notice . These Terms and Conditions can be saved or printed using your browser’s print function; an earlier version applicable to you may be requested from customer service.
14. Single free trial, upgrades and returning membership
14.1. Both plans may offer one trial per account, lasting at most 168 hours, with card details. Previous paying customers and customers who already used a trial are not eligible for another trial. The trial includes Workshop materials, not the Facebook group or private community events. At its end, the selected plan’s full fee is charged automatically unless renewal has been cancelled. Ordinary cancellation during the trial ends trial Workshop access immediately when the notice is recorded on the server; the subscription is closed without further charges. The trial cannot be resumed. Paid access requires successful payment. Any cancellation coinciding with an already initiated charge is reviewed against the actual timestamps.
14.2. Existing accounts without a subscription may purchase. A second independent subscription cannot be opened alongside active membership. An existing email address requires sign-in or password recovery.
14.3. My account offers monthly-to-annual upgrades; annual-to-monthly switching is unavailable. A paid monthly upgrade first charges HUF 119,990. Only after verified success do we close the monthly plan and refund its unused part to the original payment method. Calculation uses the actual monthly amount paid and remaining seconds divided by the period’s total seconds, rounded to whole forints and capped at the remaining refundable amount. The annual period starts at successful upgrade. Declined or authentication-pending annual payment does not change monthly access or its previous cancellation. During a trial, the original trial end remains and the annual fee falls due afterwards.
14.4. Cancellation and upgrade require one confirmation explaining the consequences. Cancellation of paid renewal can be withdrawn until paid expiry. Trial cancellation cannot be withdrawn. After paid monthly membership expires following ordinary cancellation, only annual membership can be purchased. After paid annual membership ends, only annual membership is available. There is no waiting period or new trial. Customers whose trial ended without payment may return on monthly or annual plans without another trial. Monthly payment failure alone creates no voluntary-cancellation restriction. Statutory withdrawal alone creates no new return restriction.
14.5. Reminders are sent 24 hours before the first post-trial charge and monthly renewals, and 168 and 24 hours before annual renewal and cancelled access expiry. Past reminder times are not sent retrospectively; coinciding notices may be combined. Exact times also appear in My account.
14.6. Failed payment has a recovery period of at most seven days, with retries planned for days 1, 3 and 7 after the first failure. A definitive bank decline or required authentication needs customer action. After verified recovery, time without access is compensated and the next due date adjusted; this is not a new free trial. Billing errors do not revoke verified paid access. Partial refunds require the appropriate corrective document; complete invalidation follows the appropriate cancellation-document process.
15. Community membership and conduct
15.1. Verified paid or specially authorised members may apply to the private community. Papp Domonkos or a colleague handles admission manually within two working days. Facebook admission and removal are not automatic. Community status is available in My account.
15.2. Harassment, threats, hate speech, unauthorised disclosure of others’ personal data or group content, deception, unsolicited advertising and conduct endangering community events are prohibited. Normally a warning is given; serious endangerment may justify immediate exclusion. Decisions include specific written reasons and human review may be requested at info@domafactory.hu.
15.3. Exclusion applies to the community and its programmes; it does not itself terminate Workshop membership. You may keep the Workshop or request immediate contract closure with a proportionate refund of unused paid time. Purchasing again does not remove community exclusion.
15.4. Specifically documented abuse may trigger manual purchase review before any charge. Lawful withdrawal, complaints or dissatisfaction alone are not abuse. Reasons and human review may be requested. We do not apply automatic lifetime exclusion.
16. Optional feedback and previous contracts
Feedback is optional and never a condition of cancellation or refund. We do not request health information or before-and-after photos. Advertising quotations require initial permission to contact you, followed by separate approval of the exact quote, displayed name and channel. There is no automatic publication or newsletter subscription.
The new terms apply to new contracts; no disadvantageous conditions apply retrospectively. Previously issued invoices and individually agreed memberships remain intact.
